Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies this website stores on your device, what each one does, how long it lasts and how to change your decision. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
The controller is Valueverse FZE – LLC, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Where a cookie constitutes personal data, we process it under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates (the "PDPL").
Effective date: 19 August 2026.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep. On every later request the browser sends it back, which is how a site can recognise the language you chose or confirm that a form was submitted from a page it actually served.
2. We use first-party cookies only
There is no analytics, no advertising technology, no social plugin, no embedded video and no cross-site tracking on this website. No third party places a cookie here or receives data from one. The six cookies below are set by this site alone and are read by nobody else.
Strictly necessary
These are set whatever you choose, because the site cannot work safely without them. Under Article 4 of the PDPL they do not require consent: they are necessary to deliver the service you asked for.

lang and theme are treated as strictly necessary, and we set them whichever option you choose. They are written only at the moment you press the language or appearance switch yourself; they contain no identifier, record nothing about your behaviour and are read by nobody else. Their sole function is to deliver the interface in the form you asked for, which is the service you requested. Discarding them on refusal would mean answering "Necessary only" by throwing you out of the appearance you had selected — a penalty for refusing, and one that would discourage refusal.
Preferences
This one is set only if you choose "Accept all".

If you choose "Necessary only", it is not set, and if your browser already holds it, it is deleted. The only consequence is that the opening animation may play again. Nothing else about the site changes.
3. What these cookies do not contain
None of them holds your name, e-mail address or telephone number. vv_csrf and vv_sid hold random values that mean nothing outside this website. lang, theme and vv_consent hold only the option you selected, and vv_seen holds a single mark that the animation has played.
We do not combine cookie data with what you send through the enquiry form, we do not build a profile of you, and we take no decision about you based solely on automated processing.
4. Your choice, and how to change it
The first time you open the website you are asked to decide before the content becomes available:
- Accept all — the necessary cookies and
vv_seenare used; - Necessary only —
vv_seenis refused, and the strictly necessary cookies continue to be set, as they must be for the site to work.
Both options are equally easy to take, as Article 6 of the PDPL requires of valid consent.
You can change your decision at any moment through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. That clears your stored choice and asks again. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it, in accordance with Article 9 of the PDPL, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
You may also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the enquiry form from working, because the site will no longer be able to verify that the submission is genuine.
5. Your rights
Articles 13 to 19 of the PDPL — information and access, portability, correction, erasure, restriction and objection — apply to personal data processed through cookies just as they do to the rest. Section 10 of our Privacy Policy explains how to exercise them; requests go to dkraev@valueverse.tech.
If you consider that your data has been processed in breach of the PDPL, you may complain to the UAE Data Office: uaedataoffice.gov.ae.
6. If this changes
The list above describes every cookie this website currently sets. If we ever introduce a cookie for another purpose — analytics among them — we will update this policy and ask for your consent again before that cookie is placed.
